Terms of service

Last updated 3 October 2026

These terms are between you and Rent Chaser Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), the company that runs RunList. By creating an account or using RunList, you agree to them.

1. The service

RunList helps couriers record pickups and deliveries, read parcel labels, and plan and navigate runs. It is a planning aid. You are responsible for driving safely, obeying road rules (including mobile-phone laws), and checking addresses, deadlines and instructions. Don't handle your phone while driving unless it's in a mounted cradle and the law allows it.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Each subscription covers one driver.

3. Free trial and subscriptions

4. Your data

You own the information you put into RunList. You give us permission to process it only to run the service, as set out in our privacy policy. You confirm you're allowed to collect the delivery information you scan or enter in the course of your work.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse RunList. That means: don't break the law with it, don't try to access other people's accounts or data, don't overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don't resell it without our written agreement.

6. Accuracy and availability

Label reading, address checks, opening hours and routes come from automated systems and third-party data (including OpenAI and Google). They can be wrong. Always check before you rely on them. We aim to keep RunList running all the time but can't promise it will never be interrupted.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where the law allows, our liability for a failure is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for the affected period. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost income or missed deliveries.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or isn't paid. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let you know about important changes at least 30 days ahead. If you keep using RunList after that, you accept the new terms.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: support@runlist.com.au.
